Dove Day School

Diversity of culture, a rich tradition of excellence, and a caring eye to developmentally respectful practices has made Dove Day School a force in San Gabriel Valley Education since 1960.  Our strategies for success include a preschool that imparts a functional scholastic foundation and produces excited learners.  The grade school divisions are able to keep students in their maturity and social range with small learning groups and by providing enrichment or remediation as necessary.  Dove Day School's founders believed that a gifted educator takes the child in front of them and teaches that child.

We will cultivate our students' authenticity throughout the learning process so their own particular future may be fully realized.

Our Mission:

Big futures come from small schools

We require the assistance from a large community to give our children the best experience in education.  These are some of our favorite people, businesses, services, and agencies.

Ecolab keeps us bug free.

Child Care Resource and Referral for the areas around San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont, Azusa, Covina, and  West Covina (PUSD).

Department of Education link to all other Child Care Resource and Referral agencies.

Our favorite plumbers are at Gordon's Best Plumbing.

We trust the electricians at Martin Scherer Electric.

For Eyes; we love Dr. David Swearingen, OD. because he has great (little) people skills!

Our sister schools are Cal Tot in Los Angeles, Serendipity School in Monrovia, and  Play Factory in Temple City.

The many grubby little feet around here do their best to keep San Gabriel Valley Carpet Care busy.

Sensei Corey from Chozen Martial Arts comes each week for recreation level classes.  We recommend their dojo for more intensive training.

Our friends from ABC Aquatics run the swim program on campus from May through September, check out their year round program in Chino.
